Or it could be: I am willing to be see a friendly universe. Or it might be: I am willing to practice loving myself in every situation. Your intention for the day might be: I will am willing to practice being healthy in all that I say and do. Your intention must be the thing that drives your day. Think of having an intention as something more than just goal-setting - because it is. Intention is what you CHOOSE to focus on in any particular day. This is exactly the reason you must become an expert at intention. In fact, you may not feel like you have any control at all.
